Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
U.S. customers may request an exchange or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date.
At this time, international orders are not eligible for direct exchanges. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please note: Custom-made items, embroidered products, final sale merchandise, and any items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding your refund, store credit, or exchange order. Refunds are issued after returned items are received. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund, as timing may vary by issuer. U.S. customers may exchange Core Styles and Colors of equal value. Exchanges are initiated once the return shipping label has been scanned, so we recommend dropping off your return promptly after starting the exchange process.
